I've already mentioned it, but I'll say it again: Dirty Beaches' new LP 'Badlands' (to be released in three weeks) is one of my favourites of 2011 so far. Make sure you check it out. This Night People tape from last year pales in comparison, at least for me, but it's interesting to hear how far he's come in such a short space of time.
